I had a wonderful stay at Riverbend Resort, which is a hidden gem in Parksville! The location is fantastic with easy access to Rathtrevor Provincial Park and beautiful river beaches. The accommodations were spacious and well-suited for our family. However, I noticed that some amenities could use a bit of maintenance. Overall, it's a great spot for family vacations, especially with young ones.

The cabin we rented was clean and spacious, featuring two double beds plus a bunk bed for the kids. The little kitchen was a lovely bonus with a propane stove and fridge. However, the outside of the cabin could use some sprucing up.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort in Parksville. The location by the Englishman River is simply stunning, perfect for swimming and spending time outdoors. Although the rooms could use some cleaning on the outside, they were spacious enough for our family. The service was accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of, which added a personal touch to our experience. One downside was that the access to the river had a steep staircase which might not be suitable for everyone. Overall, a great location with good facilities, though there’s room for improvement in room upkeep.
